AIDE_OS

AIDE_OS is my home lab. I use it to learn Linux, try private network patterns, and keep good notes — on hardware I own.

It backs up the rural IT work I offer. If I ask you to trust a process, I want to have practiced it myself first.

What it is

• A personal practice space for Linux and careful remote access
• Study toward real skills (including Linux Foundation paths)
• Written runbooks so I remember what worked
• AI tools used as helpers — not as a replacement for understanding

What it is not

• Not a school or district product
• Not a place I host other people’s private files for marketing
• Not “AI does everything so you never learn”
