Methow Vacation Rental Network & Guest Experience
Who it’s for: Short-term rental owners, property managers, small lodges, and second-home owners in the Methow
who need reliable guest Wi‑Fi without giving guests the owner’s private network.
Outcome: Guests stay connected. You keep control and privacy.
Scope is field-set after a site survey. Typical work includes:
- Dual / multi-SSID design with strong guest isolation (owner private + guest)
- Starlink and/or local fiber optimization plus whole-property mesh for cabin and mountain layouts, including seasonal occupancy
- IoT readiness on the private side (smart locks, thermostats, lighting, basic sensors)
- Owner hand-off: simple notes, guest SSID/password cards, and an optional remote check path (Tailscale or equivalent) that does not expose the guest network
- Optional add-on: lightweight uptime monitoring with owner alerts
Positioning: premium, outcome-focused — not a basic “install a mesh kit and leave.”
Illustrative one-time range: $2,400–$4,800 (property size and complexity), plus optional low monthly monitoring.

Sovereign Property Edge & Monitoring
Who it’s for: Remote-property owners, higher-end residences, and privacy-conscious clients who want local security cameras and network health without heavy cloud dependence.
Outcome: Local control of cameras and network health — with less “everything lives in someone else’s cloud.”
Typical scope (after conversation):
- Private network foundation or upgrade with proper segmentation
- Local or hybrid NVR / camera integration that prioritizes ownership and minimal cloud exposure
- Network monitoring (uptime, basic bandwidth/health alerts) on owner-controlled channels
- Optional local media layer (Jellyfin-style or simple media server) for second homes
Illustrative range: $2,800–$5,500+ depending on camera count and complexity.
Sold standalone or as a companion / upsell next to the Vacation Rental package.
